I modified the response above with respect to MAC addresses. here is set up showing both with MAC address for BASEMENT and old description for other boxes:

Clear all the values in the description column for all the DTV devices then see what happens.

Deleting the Description (and leaving it empty) seemed to solve it. I am remote to the DTV boxes now, but will check thoroughly when I get home. There are still some occasional error lines in the attached log, but they may be related to a single box.

The description field is used to hold the MAC Address of the Genie boxes for the DirecTV driver. So that is why it was broken for you.

The box at 192.168.2.114:8080 is probably missing some access rights settings.

Dave, you might want to revise the Family Manager to make it clear that the "Description" column for DTV devices applies to Genie boxes only. That "Description" column pre-dated the new version of the driver, and the old versions of the driver worked fine when the column was populated with descriptive names.
