Allonis uses TeamViewer for remote assistance.  TeamViewer allows Allonis support team access to your PC where we can install, configure and test software.

Remote Assistance is available from Allonis via our Quick Start program, Our 24 hour forum support subscription, or when Allonis optionally responds to your request for assistance.

System Requirements

  • myServer connected to the Internet
  • TeamViewer Host software (version 11 downloaded via myInstaller)

TeamViewer installation instructions:

  1. Launch myInstaller on the PC you would like us to connect to
  2. Towards the bottom of the software list, select TeamViewer.  Download and run the Installer.
  3. Open TeamViewer
  4. email your TeamViewer User ID and password to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and provide in your email some requested times that we should connect to assist.  Please also provide details on what you would like assistance with.
