How To Perform A Factory Reset (IP2M-841-V3)

factory reset of the Indoor ProHD IP Camera to its original system state by erasing all of the information stored on the device in an attempt to restore the device's software to its original manufacturer settings.

Note: Prior to performing a physical, hard factory reset, it is recommended to first perform a reset via the web user interface (Web UI) of the camera on a computer. This is useful as well if you do not have direct, physical access to your camera. For more information on how to perform a factory reset in the web UI of your camera, click here.

The has an external factory reset button lit by a LED located on the backside of the camera.
