Been a long time since I posted here, but mostly just been using my SmartRemote without issues, so big thumbs up.  One thing, I notice the Anthem driver detects my Paradigm PW Soundbar and Amp, so thanks a bunch!

I've been trying to switch my SR over to the Anthem driver from my makeshift generic serial setup, but I'm having a bit of trouble with the volume up/down commands.  It seems like no command is sent when I initiate those commands.  I say that, because when I send the mute toggle, or source change I see the command sent and a response received, however I see nothing in the log when I try to send Volume Up or Down.
Code:
15/04/2025 20:35:16.35 · DEBUG · Server.doCommand - AV|19~Mute~Toggle 15/04/2025 20:35:16.35 · DEBUG · Anthem.doCommand - Cmd=[19~Mute~Toggle] Client=[livingroomsr] 15/04/2025 20:35:16.35 · DEBUG · Anthem.TX: (19) - Z1MUT1 15/04/2025 20:35:16.35 · DEBUG · Anthem.RX: Soundbar - [Z1MUT1] 15/04/2025 20:35:18.35 · DEBUG · Server.doCommand - volumemute.{{activeroom_{{clientname}}}}|toggle from livingroomsr 15/04/2025 20:35:18.35 · DEBUG · Server.doCommand - volumemute.livingroom|toggle 15/04/2025 20:35:18.35 · DEBUG · Server.doCommand - AV|{{livingroom_avamp_id}}~Mute~Toggle from livingroomsr 15/04/2025 20:35:18.35 · DEBUG · Server.doCommand - AV|19~Mute~Toggle 15/04/2025 20:35:18.35 · DEBUG · Anthem.doCommand - Cmd=[19~Mute~Toggle] Client=[livingroomsr] 15/04/2025 20:35:18.35 · DEBUG · Anthem.TX: (19) - Z1MUT0 15/04/2025 20:35:18.35 · DEBUG · Anthem.RX: Soundbar - [Z1MUT0] 15/04/2025 20:35:19.35 · DEBUG · Anthem.NetDisconnect - Device MRX1120 has disconnected. 15/04/2025 20:35:21.35 · DEBUG · Server.doCommand - volume.{{activeroom_{{clientname}}}}|up from livingroomsr 15/04/2025 20:35:21.35 · DEBUG · Server.doCommand - volume.livingroom|up 15/04/2025 20:35:21.35 · DEBUG · Server.doCommand - AV|{{livingroom_avamp_id}}~Volume Up from livingroomsr 15/04/2025 20:35:21.35 · DEBUG · Server.doCommand - AV|19~Volume Up 15/04/2025 20:35:21.35 · DEBUG · Anthem.doCommand - Cmd=[19~Volume Up] Client=[livingroomsr]

Interestingly, when I change volume via the IR remote, I see the Anthem driver receive the volume update correctly:

Code:
15/04/2025 20:41:33.41 · DEBUG · Anthem.RX: Soundbar - [Z1VOL-24] 15/04/2025 20:41:34.41 · DEBUG · Anthem.RX: Soundbar - [Z1VOL-23] 15/04/2025 20:41:36.41 · DEBUG · Anthem.RX: Soundbar - [Z1VOL-24] 15/04/2025 20:41:36.41 · DEBUG · Anthem.RX: Soundbar - [Z1VOL-25]

Hopefully I'm doing something silly.

Thanks

Dave advises:
"There's a tilde missing in the macro. It is sending volume up where it should volume~up"

Thanks for the quick response, I get the same thing from the driver command testing:

Code:
15/04/2025 21:14:42.14 · DEBUG · Server.doCommand - AV|19~Volume~Up~1 from dashboard-fx-posm 15/04/2025 21:14:42.14 · DEBUG · Anthem.doCommand - Cmd=[19~Volume~Up~1] Client=[dashboard-fx-posm]

Interestingly, for my MRX1120 (Anthem proper), I see the following in the logs:

Code:
15/04/2025 21:16:42.16 · DEBUG · Server.doCommand - volumeup.hometheater15/04/2025 21:16:42.16 · DEBUG · Server.doCommand - AV|{{hometheater_avamp_id}}~Volume~Up from dashboard-fx-posm 15/04/2025 21:16:42.16 · DEBUG · Server.doCommand - AV|10~Volume~Up 15/04/2025 21:16:42.16 · DEBUG · Anthem.doCommand - Cmd=[10~Volume~Up] Client=[dashboard-fx-posm] 15/04/2025 21:16:42.16 · DEBUG · Anthem.TX: (10) - Z1VUP1
[/code]

Can you email me your teamviewer id so I can remote in and look?  There are two different protocol commands for volume in the Anthem world. Maybe I'm using the wrong one for this device? Also a see a net disconnected message in the log. Need to see why that happens.
