Core won't update this morning...

Well David, the good news is that I downloaded the Allonis Master file onto a USB/SSD card...and rebooted the MyServer on the Pi...
Problem is - since I'm not very good at this - all of my account settings are gone. Did the updates, but no settings. My TeamViewer is showing an ID of 1 660 106 269. I think I need a pro to work with me for a bit to truly get this back up and running. Thoughts?

That Teamviewer ID isn't showing up in TV. So can't connect. Is it on the network and plugged in?

Hi David. I think I now know why this has been so damn hard. Discovered late last night that the power connector on the back of the Pi has been loose all this time, so the power has been been on and off for days…thus the constant power cycling that has bedeviled me. Before I do anything more, I need to tighten that receptacle. At this point, all of my settings are gone and I’m getting prompts to reinstall the Pi system!! My head is going to explode! Before I make more of a fool of myself, perhaps I should send you back the box (just the box, nothing else), and let you guys reflash the whole thing. Make sense? Happy to pay you to do it…just to get a fresh start. Where should I send it? This now so bad that when it prompts me to install Pi it can’t even “see” the internal drive! Agree?

Hi David, I reinstalled the Pi 4 OS software using the SD card in the front, then used the SSD-USB dongle in the back for the Allonis System Software. Pi 4 is back and running, and the SSD-USB is constantly being read. No idea where to go from here, but at least the Pi 4 is working and I can install updates Allonis updates from the bottom tray (I've had an HDMI monitor and keyboard on this from the first moment - so that helps. My TeamViewer ID is 1 632 601 806 - you should have full control through that...so I'll do whatever you would like to get this back up and running...

By the way...now that it's sort of stable, I'm going to do a software reboot. But I am always reachable at 310-890-8445, or at garth@garthancier.com if you would like to send me any instructions or steer me to any docuentation.
