Initial pre-setup questions

Ok, that's odd. When I was logged in on my Windows laptop, using Firefox, those files didn't show (it actually showed Most Downloaded Files as the myDesigner videos!).

Shows up fine on Android, using Chrome though.

EDIT: just checked with Chrome on Windows and it works fine. 

I checked in the downloads folder and the file isnt there anymore- at least on edge. I do think it depends on the browser you are using for whatever reason. From what I have read, it appears that chrome is the preferred browser of choice. Good luck with the setup!
