Screen won't turn off (Both Remotes)

These remotes were updated by you when the new one came out and they were bricked. Is there a newer one available?

The issue is that they were working perfectly fine and overnite (Wednesday night), they started this behavior. Both remotes did exactly the same thing. Nothing changed overnight, the remotes were sitting in the charger.

It's another thing to check.
For example - you could have had an older myServer version, and upgraded the remote when you got it back and then the older apk would be installed.

The apk is distributed with myServer's updates.

I don't think there has been another update since.
The web template also has to be latest.

I just tried mine same command and it works fine...so I would say the issue isn't a software issue, it's a update/ configuration issue on your system.
 

I got the remotes back over a month ago. The server is updated with the latest versions of the software. I'm not sure how that would have happened. Again, everything (display timeout, etc) worked perfectly... now it doesn't.

Again, everything was working fine and both remotes broke overnight...no changes happened except the normal driver/server updates.  My config has been static because it works.  

How do I fix this?

Fixed!

I did two things, I did a Force Uninstall of SmartRemote. After it booted, I checked the Display settings (Android) and nothing was checked. Set it to 30 seconds and it worked.

I still don't understand why this went from working (for over a month) to non-working and the setting was changed on the two remotes while they were not in use.
