The HDTVSupply QuadCard supports up to 4 video sources to be sent to one HDMI output (one TV).

It is a RS232 controlled device.  Typically the myServer 6 controller has a USB to DB9 adapter, that is then plugged into an extension serial cable which then plugs into the QuadCard.
