my designer wont display any scenes

I click on create scene or open existing project pages and nothing displays. screen flashes black real quick but displays nothing.

Waiting for you to email your myDesigner PC Teamviewer HOST ID and password so we can see what's not configured right on your Windows PC. We already have received your myserver ID so that's not what's now needed.
