The SmartRemote clientname had a space - that is not supported.
The SmartRemote myServer address was incorrect.
"To Manually configure:
1. Type on the myServer IP Address box. The on screen keyboard will appear. Type myServer 6's IP address.
2. Next, click on the Project Name box. "smartremote" is the correct default folder name (the folder on myServer's webserver) (type with no quotes). Note this name is case sensitive. So, it's "smartremote", not "SmartRemote".
3. Click on the Clientname field. You can name your remote what you want. For our purposes, we will call it "SmartRemote8". Don't put spaces in the name. Keep the name simple as it will be used in lots of macros and variables.
4. Click the Save button. If you have a second myServer to configure, click on the Server #2 tab and enter that information. Click Save."
The AppleTV driver has not been paired. This is covered in the AppleTV driver documentation.

The myserver controller didn't show up again on the network post a reboot. Not sure why that happened. You may have to research / reboot it locally. Probably the crappy TeamViewer software....
Your network is configured in a non typical manner. Not sure if that is part of the problem. Most use 255.255.255.0 to define the subnet. Yours is larger. Not sure what your DHCP server is using to assign IP addresses. But if this isn't intentional custom settings, you should examine your network configuration. This isn't related to Allonis products.
Hopefully once all is rebooted, it will start working for you.
