I have been playing with the settings, and using the -p- option on nmap after each change.
With all network settings turned off, these are the open ports:

Turning on Remote Start does not open up any new ports, but it does keep the network alive when the TV is turned off.
The setting for Remote Device Settings: Control Remotely, opens Port 80 and Port 8579.
Under Home Network, turning on the Renderer opens Port 41824 and Port 52323.
Adding Simple IP control opens Port 20060.
I am still getting a Device not connected error from MyServer.
Port 20060 is open. It must be some kind of authentication issue.
