Adding a pause to a macro?

Thank you sir. That's kind of what I was envisioning but seeing it printed helps a ton. 
So that's just a "button" that you've mapped the macro to then ? 

Yes, I can run that macro from a button anywhere. I have this on my iphone...

 

And the same macro is triggered by the button on my Smartremote...
