Select the TV option you want to view from the list on the left, then from the floor plan, select the TVs you want to show your choice on. You can select multiple TVs at the same time. To preview a particular option on the left you can press the eyeball which is found above the TV option title for each source.
Along the bottom are options for the Remote, TV Guide, Audio Sliders, Heos, Digital Signage, Presets and Settings. Click around to view and see how each functions. At the bottom right you will see a "No Floorplan Option" button where you can view how the TVs will appear in the event that you choose the no floorplan option.
