The hard buttons in my integration are not behaving correctly. For instance, a single dpad button press causes the remote to send the command repeatedly. On my Shield this causes it to quickly fly to the end of a row. Ideally I would like it to move one space when I short press a button and continue scrolling for as long as I hold that button down, which is how it works with my actual Harmony remote. The same applies to my Apple TV. Any thoughts on how I can accomplish this?We have seen several of you have successfully implemented a Harmony Hub into your SmartRemote. Just checking in if this is working out for you and what you would like for it to do better / differently.
Any issues with any Harmony Hub configured devices? which one?
Actions - all getting launched?
User interface - how's the design?
Buttons - are they doing what you expect?

In myDesigner 6 (ensure you are using the latest - upgrade from within myDesigner), open the Smartremote / Harmony.html page. Click on Scene Properties. click on Hard Buttons tab. You can also just click on the button you want to edit in the graphic. The hard buttons in my integration are not behaving correctly. Here's the thing...I didn't actually do any of this. Early this afternoon one of your team made a remote connection to my server and changed all sorts of stuff. I thought it was you trying to figure out why myDesigner wasn't talking to myServer. I didn't have even half of my devices added to the server yet. After you connected to my PC this evening and solved the permissions issue so myDesigner could talk to the server I reset the smartremote and finally got it connected. In myDesigner 6 (ensure you are using the latest - upgrade from within myDesigner), open the Smartremote / Harmony.html page. there you will see all of the current settings. And there are some Macros to do multiple presses if a LONG press is done (click longer than one second). Maybe this is what you did. but this is where you can customize the behavior.

Yes, there have been a lot of changes not just in software but also in documentation to keep up with the software changes. If you are frustrated, you might want to put it aside and let us get the system stable. Please remember, this is a Kickstarter. It is not production ready today. But it is getting close (relatively speaking). If you have anything visible on the SmartRemote, that's a good thing because that says the networking is all working now. Here's the thing...I didn't actually do any of this. I have a screen with two items on it. One is the button for my Harmony hub and while I can select my devices and activities the buttons don't function correctly. The other is a button for my Nvidia Shield where nothing worked at all.
With so many changes having already been made the documentation on the website no longer makes any sense, and I feel like I'm trying to reverse engineer a half finished system when I don't even fully understand the architecture yet. All of the sample devices and their corresponding sample code have been deleted. I'm slowly but surely trying to work my way through it but it is INTENSELY frustrating.
