myDesigner will not load

myDesigner will not load. Nothing unusual has happened that I can think of, it has just stopped loading. I click on it, the mouse pointer spins around briefly and nothing happens. The desktop icon has the shield on it. There is a tick against Run as Administrator in properties, I have turned my antivirus off and tried to reinstall.
i have found a debug log whilst poking around in the Allonis folder

[0403/193913.714:WARNING:resource_util.cc(94)] Please customize CefSettings.root_cache_path for your application. Use of the default value may lead to unintended process singleton behavior.

Looks like it may be relevant but I have no idea what to do about it. I couldn't see a CEFSettings.root_cache_path for me to customize

Anyone got any ideas?

CEF is the Chromium Embedded Framework which is the embedded browser that the Designer is using. The error message is implying that it cannot access temp folders. I might have to remote in and look at it myself.

Hi Dave. I think I've fixed the problem. I installed myDesigner on a friend's laptop then copied the Allonis folder in Program files to my PC and it loaded first time. Not the most elegant of solutions I know but it looks like its worked

Hi Dave. I spoke too soon. When I try to click on one of the html files in my Designer, it just closes down
Any help you can give would be really appreciated 
 

I will have to remote into your Windows pc that is running the Designer. Install TeamViewer on that PC and email me your TeamViewer's ID and password. Send to dave @ allonis.com.
