Transition between scenes

Hello,

Is there any way to speed up the transitions between scenes - using loadscene?
The default on my project seems to do a 2 second fade out/ back in to the new scene - if possible, I'd like to make this much faster/ even snap between.
I note that others have successfully added delays and animations!

Further to this - when clicking a loadscene button, I can see the background image (standard blur-4 set in project properties) briefly jumping up the page and back during the transition... Any ideas? Is this something that's been seen before?
