Sources & Apps not showing up in the dashboard?

Hi David. I realise that this will be fault but I have the same issue. I have followed the guides  and  Youtube tutorials but either no Sources & Apps show up or just 1 or 2.

What device are you thinking should appear?
For example, a TV won't appear today (well, maybe later today+ with a software update).
DirecTV will.
BlueRay won't
What devices are displaying?  Do they work with your devices?

I have 2 LG TV showing & a Denon AVR. None of them work (from what you have said this is expected for the TV
I am missing Android TV, Philips Hue, and about 10 Sonos items
