Also I was also only able to test a handful of Shelly devices. I may have to scan your Shelly devices to make sure they get supported.

I have the same issue.  I have a Shelly Plus1 add-on with 5 temp sensors attached to it.  I can access it via its web address 192.168.1.109 with my phone or my PC.  I can switch its relay on/off from my phone.  I checked the settings just now after referencing the updated documents above, but Myserver6 still will not find it when I hit the "Discover" button.  A few weeks ago it successfully found two Shelly Plugs that I added to control a fan and a dehumidifier in my theatre room and I've been using those in my theatre room automation ever since.

I still can't get it working after enabling the MQTT server on myServer:
