How to import IR codes?

I did the "important" ones (Inputs, Hotplug, Reboot).  It would be nice to have the entire set if it's isn't a total PITA.

I also imported the InputSel, Hotplug, and Reboot commands. There are over 200 commands in the complete set and most of them I don't need or even want cluttering up my IR lists. If I ever need any of those commands I'll just access them from the webserver.

At some day in the future, we would like the ability for an Allonis IR database where your contributions can be shared with others.
