Let me know your myServer computer name and I can TeamViewer in and take a look. Send that via PM if that works for you.I had deleted all of the drivers late last night and re-did all the setup with all of the latest software updates thinking maybe it had been already fixed. So maybe there is still an issue there.

I don't think the macros that get created by either myServer or you get deleted when you delete the driver. That would be a mess. You might need to manually delete the macro and let the system readd it when you configure the driver.I had deleted all of the drivers late last night and re-did all the setup with all of the latest software updates thinking maybe it had been already fixed. So maybe there is still an issue there.

David you've mentioned a couple of times sending a PM. I can't for the life of me find a messaging system in this forum. Am I just missing it or are you referring to something else?

yes, I have struggled with that too...i found it one time and sent a PM test to someone and didn't see a return message...It is very likely an issue with the Kunena template that is being used....feel free to send an email to info@allonis.com

There is the system variable for the active_roku_smartremote with a value of 1. I’m not sure what that value means but …
I removed the driver for the Roku and my JVC projector and tried to start from scratch but now I have nothing in my index on the server or the smartRemote.
Where do I go from here?
Thanks,
Tom
With a little help from the remote magicians we were able to get back to having the correct index and Roku with channels. I was able to select different channels and move around and watch a few minutes of a Masterpiece show! There are some tweaks with maybe a back button and Roku home button needed but a good start for Roku.
There maybe a hardware issue as when moving around in Roku the smartRemote suddenly shut off, that happened a number of times in 10 minutes I was in Roku.
One other thing would be to know how to have the backlight stay on when using it. They come on when turning it on but don not stay on, i’m sure it is a setting somewhere I haven’t looked yet.
The last thing I would mention as some others have is that I know we are working a new architecture and system and being a retired developer the best word I can say is have PATIENCE, these Allonis people know there stuff and they will get there. If you need a hand they are very accommodating in all regards to getting the system working reliably. Patience, is the word for today! Thank you, Tom
