New setup, cannot create new projects but connected to myserver6

I am not seeing your system in TeamViewer.  Either the Teamviewer license is waiting to be accepted (by you) or there is a networking problem, or your myServer controller isn't booted / online.  Can you reboot the Pi and see if you can access the Internet from a browser on the Pi?

I am online and able to access the net from the browser on the server.

Yeah, go ahead and log in. I haven't tried a browser from the pi (don't have it connected to a monitor at the moment) but I did successfully update the software and download several drivers so it appears to access the internet successfully.

So if you're feeling brave it might be worth copying the contents of wwwroot to under a new folder called 'html' and seeing what happens. But if you're not willing to potentially burn down your system it's probably best to wait until David or another Allonis person comes back to you with a proper solution.

That's probably because you may have installed the old myDesigner 5 and not myDesigner 6.  Uninstall that. Install from allonis.com documentation / downloads.

I used the software update facility in myServer6 to download the myDesigner setup file and it gave me a version 6 one:

I'll try downloading from the documentation downloads link and see what that one does.

The one downloaded from the documentation downloads link is actually slightly older than the one I got from using the myServer6 software update. And it shows the same behaviour - save a new project into "wwwroot", try to load the project tree from "html".
