Right-click on the Windows Start Icon.   Select run.
In the Open dropdown type  \\A.B.C.D\myServer and click ok.
Where A.B.C.D equals the IP Address of your myServer device. e.g. \\192.168.0.23\myServer

Does it prompt you for credentials? If yes the username / password combination is allonis / allonis
Make sure to check off the "remember" checkbox.
Close and reopen the designer.
Was that the issue? Did that solve the problem?

I was having an issue seeing the projects as well and running this step is what fixed it.  This might be worthwhile to add to the myServer Configuration Part 2 documentation page.

Thanks

If you dont mind, how exactly were you able to clear the data on the smart remote?  Ive unplugged and also tried to disconnect or forget the internet network on the smart remote and then go and clear the cache but that hasnt worked for it to come back up for me to retype back in the setup for the server.

Note that there is very little configuration done on the actual SmartRemote.  myServer is the brains and the UI and the great majority of the system.  But in the SmartRemote documentation, here is how you reset it's connectivity settings

Send me your TeamViewer ID and let me take a look at your configuration so far.  Hopefully you have religiously followed the documentation to a T.
