Thank you. I have not made any changes to the webpage and am unlikely to ever do so. I am assuming since there is nothing to preserve, I can dispense with the backups.
I have been intermittly able to use the remote. However, I regularly lose connection with my server. also had some hard button issues. the sound is fixed. the arrows are not.
I clearly need the add-on assistance, so let's use some of it. My installation is simple. Just the Harmony hub. It controls a Yamaha RX-V575 receiver, Cisco Explorer 8642HDC DVR/cable box, LG OLED65c7p TV, and Sony BDP-S5100 Blue-ray player. Also, I have a Roku but never use it, so skip it. I am fine with just the Harmony hub until that is not an option. By then, this will be further along.

Hi Jim,
I logged in and I think the HarmonyHub stuff should be working. You are now on latest smartremote template.
I wanted to migrate some of your devices over to myServer native drivers. I didn't see your LG TV on. To Discover it, it will need to be on. I didn't want to change any of your devices from the Harmony Hub control as I didn't know if anyone was watching something (likely not since it seems OFF).
Even though you advise you don't use Roku, I added one of them to the Family room so you can try it.
Not sure if I added the right one to that room.
If the SmartRemote is loosing connection with myServer, that sounds like a Wifi networking problem. That's outside of the scope of Allonis support. But reverify that is the case. We would want to isolate if the connection is between SmartRemote and myServer (Roku wouldn't be responsive) or between myServer and Harmony Hub (none of the Hub features would be responsive).
I would get an IP2IR and migrate the system off of Harmony. You are ready to do that from a myServer perspective once we have the IP2IR on the network and IR emitters in place. You don't need IR to the LG TV. And I predict we would write a Yamaha IP driver in the near future. Roku is already IP managed by myServer. The cable box would be IR. I also added the "TVGuide" app for when myServer is directly managing the cable box and you subscribe to the TVGuide data feed (let us know if you would like this option - very popular). I added Weather data. Now need to add a Weather Icon.
Let me know what's not working the way you would like.

Thank you. I appreciate the help...I certainly need it!
The TV is now on so it should be discoverable Do what you need to.
Only one issue with the hard buttons.
A single press of an arrow behaves like multiple presses. See the video.
Everything else appears fine. Keeping my fingers crossed on connectivity.

I have been editing my reply. Please reread my last message.
Have you tried the hard buttons in the last few minutes? That might have been fixed with the latest smartremote template (hopefully). If not, we will revisit that with another template update.

The LG TV has to be enabled for External Control. That's the hard part because each TV does this differently. I sent an authentication message to the TV. Hopefully you saw that and with the LG remote, accept that. I haven't seen the approval yet so it hasn't been done yet.

I didn't see the rLG request. wasn't in the room. Please resend. I will be looking for it.
A single press of the hard arrow still beaves ad multiple presses.
